Jemil Temishev, the lawyer, wrote this on Facebook. Poklonska handed in the copy of the lawsuit to Nariman Dzhelyalov, deputy chairman of the Mejlis. As Mr. Temishev wrote, he was present the moment Nariman Dzhelyalov was handed the copy of the lawsuit prohibiting activities of the Mejlis.
