This was reported today, January 23, by the Main directorate of intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The report concerning presence of weapons forbidden by Minsk Agreements was submitted to OSCE monitors. As previously reported, ATO positions were shelled with Minsk-forbidden SP artillery platforms.
