The terrorists made the “Grad” system’s volley coming from the area of Horllivka at about 12:00”, – he said.

“Shrapnel сut the roof of the institution where kindergarten and elementary school are commonly located. Luckily 70 children and 15 teachers who were there were not injured”, – said Abroskin.

“Also, a shell directly hit the house on Komsomolska Street. Fortunately, no one was hurt there too. The investigative team of Dzerzhynsk police station works at the site”, – he said.

According to Minsk agreements, “Grad” systems should be withdrawn from the delimitation line for 70 km. The distance between the Novhorodske and Horlivka is no more than 10 km.

In this matter, the criminal proceedings under the Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Terrorist attack”) was initiated.

It should be recalled that according to the ATO Staff, militants shelled Troitske with mortars today.
