It was stated on SMM OSCE Twitter page.

“For the first time in two and a half months the SMM patrol got to Debaltseve. The streets had almost no  people, destruction seen everywhere, “- was said in a statement.

According to the OSCE SMM representative in Ukraine Michael Bociurkiw, the locals greeted the OSCE observers warmly.

As you know, Debaltseve is under the control of “DPR” military since February 2015.

As was previously informed, the OSCE SMM found militant tanks near boundary line
