“Troika also urged all parties to quickly conclude an agreement on the withdrawal of tanks and small caliber weapons to special monitoring mission of the OSCE in Ukraine could witness it and that it was granted full access to work in the conflict zone” – the OSCE.
“Of a paramount importance is an agreement within the Working Subgroup for Political Affairs (of the Trilateral contact group) on the time and conditions of the local elections in some regions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, to be held in accordance with the Minsk agreements”, – stressed by members of the OSCE “three”.
It is reported that since the beginning of September, the number of the truce violations in Donbas significantly reduced – until the complete cessation of attacks on some days.
